The Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA) focuses on representing the interests of the commercial real estate industry through effective advocacy, providing networking forums, and hosting educational opportunities. The local Jacksonville chapter, one of 91 throughout the United States, has 102 members consisting of commercial property managers, owners, and vendors who are dedicated to improving the commercial real estate market in north Florida.
The Membership Committee works to retain the present membership and encourage their participation within the BOMA Jacksonville chapter. The committee actively recruits prospective principal members from local property management firms and medical office building managers. The committee also identifies and solicits the membership of other companies who share a common interest with the members of the association.

- Research and Information – BOMA collects and shares vital research, information, and industry benchmark publications such as the Annual Experience Exchange Report. Members are kept informed of changes and advances through The BOMA Magazine, bi-weekly Currents, and Up-to-Code, quarterly codes updates.
